Oliver and Devinee Overton-Morgan took over as property managers for a rental I was renting in downtown Orlando . The actual owner had moved to NC and needed a local presence to facilitate any needs and expedite issues. with Oliver and Devinee from Absolut Realty Inc. ,the transition was seamless. they were always upfront and honest with me and didn't try any unethical tactics. They were timely and handled any issues with completeness and used technology to help coordinate communication and payment solutions. I Would recommend them to anyone .

My family was moving several years ago and was looking for a property manager to handle the renting of our home. After meeting with several companies, we chose Absolut Realty. The landlord online portal they set up is an excellent resource to answer any questions you may have with regards to the property. Financial statements are clear and concise and are always at your fingertips. After 5 years with Absolut Realty, we chose them to be the realtor for the sale of the home. The right choice was made again. Within 1 week of listing the property, we had several buyers interested and Absolut Realty made the selling process simple and quick.
