- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At McCray Premier Property Management, we strive to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for our new customers. Our typical process includes the following steps: Initial Consultation: We start by scheduling a detailed consultation to understand your property management needs, whether for long-term or short-term rentals. Property Assessment: We conduct a thorough evaluation of your property to determine its condition, market value, and rental potential. Customized Service Plan: Based on your goals, we recommend one of our three management packages (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) and customize the services as needed. Onboarding: Once you’ve chosen a package, we guide you through our streamlined onboarding process, which includes signing the management agreement, setting up your owner portal, and preparing your property for marketing or rental. Marketing & Leasing: For rentals, we handle everything from professional marketing to tenant screening and lease agreements. For short-term properties, we optimize listings on multiple platforms to maximize bookings. Ongoing Communication: Throughout our partnership, we maintain open communication, providing regular updates, detailed financial statements, and 24/7 access to your owner portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a strong educational background and professional training to ensure excellence in property management. I hold a Florida Broker License, a Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) License, and a Texas Real Estate License, which equip me with in-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices in multiple markets. Additionally, I have a Construction Management Certification, giving me valuable expertise in overseeing property maintenance, repairs, and large-scale projects. This combination of education and training allows me to provide comprehensive and detail-oriented service for both short-term and long-term rental property management.
