Here’s what you can expect: Leasing Fee: You only pay the leasing fee once a lease is successfully signed and the tenant’s first payment is received — no upfront costs. Tenant Placement Guarantee: If a tenant we’ve placed breaks their lease within the first six months, I’ll re-lease your property at no extra charge. No Hidden Markups: Maintenance and service fees are transparent with no added markups, ensuring you get the best value for every dollar spent. My goal is to help you maximize your investment while keeping costs clear and manageable. I’m here to answer any questions you might have about my pricing!

Our typical process for working with new tenants begins with a streamlined approach through our website. From there, prospective tenants can easily navigate from the listing to the application process. Communication is primarily conducted via phone and email for convenience. Rest assured, all property necessities are handled through us, ensuring that tenants never directly contact you for any concerns or issues.

With four years of experience as both a realtor and property manager, I've accumulated invaluable expertise in the field. Managing over 100 doors has provided me with practical insights into various aspects of property management. Additionally, my extensive network of connections within the industry enhances my ability to deliver exceptional service to my clients. and it would hurt to leave off the hard work I put in for my Bachelors degree from Syracuse University!
