FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and and very competitive and in most instances below the average price of other contractors. Most of my clients tell me that my value exceeds my price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pressure washing and gutter cleaning prices vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Once Joe gets to the job site, he reviews the entire scope of the project and takes before and after photos. Our quote prices are firm and will not increase once Joe gets to your home. Sometimes once joe does his initial walk through of the scope of the project, your cost could go down, but we will never raise our prices on site. Before any work is started, if the project cost is higher due to a change in scope no work will begin without owner approval. Often times, after I walk the project my pricing is actually lower than what was quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Actual work experience for these trades rather than an relying on education results in practical work experience. And, in my opinion nothing is better than actual work experience, which I have. Also, From my experience in the Army and working as a Fireman Paramedic I learned to have work ethic.
