FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is difficult in this industry because we are consistently hooking up the same appliances, and there is a lot of variables that go in to make each project unique. I have base pricing for all projects that I am upfront about, but if there is any gas line to be ran I like to be able to look at the project to gauge what all will go into it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I always like to hear about what kind of project they are trying to have completed and seeing where they may be at in terms of getting it done right away, or if something can be looked at and moved forward on in the coming weeks. I like to be able to come out to the job and be able to complete everything they need of me in a day, as to relieve stress for both the customer and I. I always let the customer know if they are to have any questions during or after the job is complete to feel free to reach out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for close to 5 years and have gotten my Masters License in Gas (Natural and Propane) and continue to actively learn new things as I go.
