FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a few different plans. 1-1 PT / Hybrid: Online & 1-1 (+ Custom Nutrition guide) I'm offering first start up ( 1 hour) session completely for FREE!!! So you are not losing any single penny to meet me in person and discuss all your goals! During this session based on your fitness level I'll give my frequency recommendation and we'll find a right plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my opinion (and practice), I use my first session as a "getting to know you" session, and so try to include a full-body workout, targeting major muscle groups, movement and cardio. I ALWAYS tell my new client that their feedback is vital - particularly in the early stages as we are getting to know one another; and I solicit it several times throughout the session (e.g. "how does that feel?" "where do you feel that?"; "do you consider this to be easy, difficult or middle of the road?" etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated National Academy of Sport Medicine(NASM). So I do have a Personal Trainer License. Also recently I finished my continuing education which is Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Nutrition Coach. Also I do have CPR/AED certification.
