FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per lesson. Not per hour. Some lessons I won't even need the full hour. As long as I give you the best possible workout, time is if no essence to me. I just want you to be satisfied and get results. And if you stay consistent and hard working you will get all the results you could ever desire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to put them through an initial workout. See how well they do with certain rep exercises from push ups to sit ups to rounds of me holding the punch mitts. I do a lot of isometric, own body weight, exercises to get my clients the best possible workouts with as little negative strain on their bodies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training in boxing since I was 6 years old and I am now 36. I have traveled the world, from Australian, China, Korea, Japan, London, France, Germany, Denmark, South America and North America training for boxing as well as helping athletes of all sports cross train through boxing. I have found a lot more pleasure through helping individual every day people meet their body and health goals, however.
