- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free consultation to establish the most efficient training program and nutrition guideline 2. Measurement: body fat testing, weight and inches. Before pictures if the client is ok with it to have something to compare when they start making changes. 3. First workout: full body workout. The objective is just to establish a baseline. To see what the client is good at and what they would need the most work on.
