FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, you’ll do a free 60 min session with me to get to know each other, do a Functional Movement Screening so your workout is truly made for you, and to make sure this program is right for you and your goals. From there, you’ll select the best plan for you and your budget, we’ll do a one-on-one workout together using the new plan, and you’ll be free to sign up for small group and one-on-one workouts all inside our app! There’s never any pressure to participate, as we only want to work with clients who also want to work with us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first free 60 minute session with me is golden so we can get to know each other and make sure we have the right services (and personality types, let’s be honest!) for you. Afterward, you and I will do a one-on-one workout together so you can give me feedback on exercises that are challenging, causing you pain, etc, and so we can make sure you’re being safe. Finally, you’ll be able to sign up for super fun, virtual small group workouts, where each Everyday Athlete does their own individualized workouts in the same supportive space together, and you and I will meet one-on-one periodically to further progress you to your goals. The process is far from the traditional personal training model and we’re very proud of the achievements that happen as a result!
