Payment is done through stripe, a highly secure and safe payment system. We offer discounts for couple training, group training, and longer training terms.

All of our clients should expect an utterly personalized experience with us along their journey. For us, it's about creating a relationship with all of our clients in order to help them every step of the way towards achieving their goals. Clients shouldn't expect things to be numbers orientated or totally goal driven, we aim to create a lifestyle change with sustainable and enjoyable eating plans and training which provides enjoyment and consistency. When you join our team, you will gain access to fully bespoke meal and diet plans, a personalized check-in process to ensure you are moving toward your goals, and a direct chat with us to help you on every step of your journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With half a decade of experience in the fitness world, our team has received education and training in a variety of areas that are related to our work. This includes coursework in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, as well as training in exercise programming and instruction, nutrition, and injury prevention. In addition to our formal education, our team has also completed various certifications through organizations such as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). These certifications require ongoing education and continuing professional development to ensure that we are up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field. we are also committed to staying current with new developments in the industry through reading and attending professional development workshops and conferences.
