- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is as follows: 55-min sessions @ $65 30-min sessions @ $43 A package of ten (55-min) sessions @ $600 ($5 discount per session). $400 for 10x30-min sessions Two individuals 55-min session @ $100 For additional people per session, call to discuss. Small Group @ $15 per class (offered on Tuesday/Friday 8:30am)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session consists of getting to know the new client and filling out appropriate health and personal history forms. We establish goals with timelines, take baseline measurements (weight, body fat, girth measurements, blood pressure) and do a few simple assessments for posture, flexibility and balance. I begin showing exercises based on those results, and we will establish a calendar together of future training sessions and workouts to be done on own.
