I have over ten years of experience as an Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer working for LA Fitness, World Gym, and as an Independent Fitness Contractor.
My fitness background consists of Mat Pilates, Resistance Training using dumbbells and stretch bands, Senior Fitness, and Water Fitness.
I find that everyone adapts to fitness training at different levels based on their age, body type, blood type, and fitness level.
My specialty is Mat Pilates a combination of yoga, dynamic and static stretching to lengthen, and strengthen your core muscles (abdominals, back, glutes, and hips).
Pilates is a mind-body exercises focusing on Balance, Breathing, Core Stability, Core Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Posture, and Toning.
