FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discuss pricing in person only. My pricing is competitive and lower than any corporate gym. I offer discounts after 3 months of continuation of training with me. If you sign up for 3 times a week for a month and complete the 12 sessions in 30 days I will throw in a discount at the end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will do a health and fitness assessment. If this is your first time training I will start with the basics of a lower body or upper body routine. Teach you how to search the internet for resources that will help you on your fitness journey. We will discuss nutrition, meal plans, and grocery shopping. I will show you my FAMFIT407 training app. If you are recovering from an injury I will require documentation that you are ready to train. I will assess your squat, upper body strenth, core, and endurance the first time. I want to test your overall body strength, but also I want to work/target the places of injury. The only way to get better is to strengthen those points. If you are an advanced client, we will discuss previous trainers/training and work on a program that you already have in mind. I have programs from 5x5/8 strength building, glutes/abs intensive training, HIIT Functional training, and athlete sport specific programs.
