As a Physician I was a little skeptical about hiring a "trainer". I met Brett and was surprised at his knowledge and experience in Physical therapy. I was getting ready for a knee surgery and our pre-surgery work and subsequent work after not only sped up my recovery process but, we were able to work my entire body at the same time. Fully recommend Brett to any potential client.

Working with Brett Parker was amazing. I always wanted to get into "great shape" but, a long list of chronic injuries I thought it would be impossible. We came up with an exercise and nutrition plan I could stick to and at 37 yrs old I got into the best shape of my life. Some days were fun...some really hard but, the absolute best thing I ever could have done for myself. Now that he's in FL we still "virtual train" 2 days a week. - Jeff F.
