- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $60 an hr for 1 organizer, inquire about upgrading to 2 or 3 organizers $65 for packing or unpacking *First 30 Miles included 31-40 miles max- $2.00 per mi. Shopping fee-$25 hr in person $20 hr online
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide an initial free phone session and ask for a video or pics of the desired space to be organized and we’ll discuss scope of project and length. I would send you a few forms to sign and set up the session date. During the session we will declutter, categorize and organize. Bins are optional depending on need of storage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have plenty of hands on experience as organizing comes natural to me. I read books and articles on organization and also training videos. I am waiting to have more experience with clients to take the NAPA training which requires certain hrs with clients before you can take it.
