- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our number one priority is helping create the space you envision. That’s why we want to create the space and time for you to comfortably do so. Package A - The refresher * This package is perfect for a small space that needs help reorganizing and light decluttering. Interested in getting your space organized and want to start 1 session at a time. (2 sessions or less) 2hrs - 2pros - $260 $65 hour/pro Package B - Centering * This package is for larger projects or someone in need of multiple sessions. Consider for a space that needs a completely new look. Removing donations requiring large pick ups/multiple pick ups (approx 1 full car). Needing to tackle more than 1 room? This package may best for you. Think of this as a complete revamping needed. (3 sessions or more) 4hrs - 2pros - $465 ~$58 hour/ pro ~ ***** Pricing is for labor and travel only. Any organizing products purchased by The Center Peace at the client’s direction will be billed separately. What’s included: *donation drop off (1 car full per session) *hands on organizing support * Time spent designing layouts and creating organization solutions. *Suggestions of products that would work well in your space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new customers always receive a welcome message as they begin their journey with Center Peace. Then we schedule a free 15 minute consultation to learn all about their needs. Next during the consultation new customers share photos of the space and details about what their desired results are. Afterwards we look at what package would best meet their needs. Finally we discuss the best date and time to meet and an invoice is sent to our clients to review. Once everything is reviewed a $50 deposit is then sent to lock in the appointment.

If this is your first time working with a home organizer we can help you think through some important ideas such as: 1. What concerns do you have with your space 2. Do you have time to work with an organizer and be hands on 3. What are your current organizing habits.
