What can I say! I was looking for a speaker to motivate our group of Ford dealer managers for the Orlando region. Some of these meetings can be a little long in the tooth with nothing but manufacturer content, sales expectations, supply chain issues and so on. Sound like a total yawn-fest yet? I wanted to bring in a speaker to talk about leadership and change all while engaging the audience. Well, Darryl definitely made that happen. He got our room of about 140 fully involved, raising hands, laughing, nodding their heads and so on. His PowerPoint presentation was catered to our club utilizing our logo and more. He was able to tie our product into his content with ease. I had numerous attendees approach me afterwards asking where I "found" him. Truth be told, it was a basic google search for motivational speakers in the Orlando area as that is where the conference would be. If I found one there and they did not have to travel, surely our little club could afford them. After a few conversations, I knew I had our guy. I went from an organizer that rolled the dice and was lucky, to looking like a have an "IN" in the world of motivational speakers. Having seen what he did for our group to see the big picture and engage, I would not hesitate to bring him in again. Book Darryl with confidence. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Keynote Speeches, my typical range is $3000 - $5000 per event. However, I do my best to work within your budget. I provide a "locals" (Orlando area) discount because it is close to my home and I won't need to travel overnight. Call me, we can work out the details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Keynote Speeches, My goal is to make your job easy! I am professional and very easy to work with. Most importantly, I will provide an entertaining and motivating presentation having your employees/students thanking you for bringing me in! I like to arrange a conference call to get an understanding of your needs and details of your event. I do not facilitate "cookie-cutter" presentations. Based off of our conversations, I'll be sure to create educational, motivational, and fun content that is unique to you and your organization.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelors in Communications from James Madison University and received a certificate of completion from the Disney Institute. I have been a professional speaker & trainer for 18 years and I pride myself in being student of continuing education. In addition, I am the author of the Amazon Best Selling Book, "Be the light!"
