Amazing work (full groom) from Juan on my goldendoodle that has a curly and very hard to work with coat. Happy with the results and great communication from Juan throughout. They agreed to come to groom our cat.And they gave us a tme window. I canceled it about 45 minutes after the time. They sent a text later saying sorry, but we're very far from your address. They should have either not responded or not agreed to come. We sat around most of the day waiting, and then we had to hire someone else on the fly. I had to cancel my doctor's appointment.
