- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are subject to change based on details of event! I offer packages and bundled services for a discounted rate. Contacting me is very important. Reason being you can better explain your Needs and I can accurately answer any questions or concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon placing your request and reaching out to Supreme Makeup and Hair Designs. 1.) I would ask do you have any other specific requirements for the job? 2.) I would then request a chat to discuss details of your upcoming event. 3.) After our schedule chat and you decide to book Supreme Designs for your event. Then I would require a $100 Reservation fee which will confirm your date and time on my calendar. 4.) After payment is received your automatically booked in my calendar. Then you would receive a contract to review sign and return to me. 5.) Then I will request a photo of you and anyone receiving services. And 3 hairstyling and 3 makeup Inspirational photos. 6.) We would then work together to create your vision for your look!! And create a hairstyle and or makeup look that will be flattering on you. This is where I shine with creativity and professionalism on my side, I will get it right. xoxo Sakeenah
