- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing and fee structure is very straight-forward, and depends on the work involved. As an hourly rate, my rate can vary between $99/hour and $150/hour, depending on whether it's a weekday or weekend, what we're working on and how complex it is. A flat-rate travel charge might apply depending on your location or circumstances. You can always give me a shout for an exact quote right over the phone!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, we'll have a discussion about what problems you are having and how I can help resolve them for you - or perhaps you don't have problems, but instead need help with specific things like marketing. Whatever is going on in your life or with your business, I'll work with you to help you get to the place you want to be in. :-)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most people are shocked when I tell them that I'm self taught and that my interest in technology started at the young age of 9 years old - I was 9 years old in 1989, so that should give you a bit of perspective. I joined the United States Marine Corps right out of high school, learned some systems administration, which further enhanced my skillset, and in 2003 I started my company!
