- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing our company as a prospect. Asking for the address to properly quote a potential property. Provide quote via phone call, or email with breakdowns of services as well as prices for each including a grand total for services on a monthly scale. Finally once an agreement is made a start of a beautiful lawn and a happy relationship is made. =o)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
