- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was moving out of an apartment, and wanted to throw away old furniture and a couple of other large items. But I was told by my leasing office, that large items like furniture could not be left by the dumpster. So I researched a few junk removal companies near me, and I was shocked at how poor the service was. I had to wait 2 days for a pickup, and could not even get an estimate over the phone despite sending pictures. It was a horrible experience, and that is when I started thinking of so many things I would do different if that was my company. And now I turned those ideas into a reality.
