- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. Single small items $50* (local only) 1/4 trailer load $100 - includes 30min loading labor 1/2 Trailer load $200- includes 60 min loading labor 1/3 trailer load $300 - includes 90 min loading labor Full trailer load $400 - includes 2hrs loading labor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Same day Junk Removal we understand your time is important. We schedule using 1-2hrs blocks when needed, many times the items are outside and customers are not required to be present. We are able to pickup and invoice our customers after completion using our Square invoice application, It’s a convenient fast way to get things done easy. When you call you will speak directly with your service professional, they will discuss your needs and provide you with an estimate cost for service, remember to schedule ahead to save. We keep in contact with our customers by sending text alerts 30min prior to arrival, photos of the items needing removal before and after collection, and pictures of the completed job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started Same Day Junk Removal after needing our self Junk removal services and noticing just how much other companies were charging. We decided it was a Win- Win and then Win again situation. We have build a solid customer base here in central Florida and are looking for better innovative and cost effective ways to improve the process and service.
