What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always base/match my pricing to the lowest national average price per square foot
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to provide new clients with an estimate based on an average size room (12'x14'). Should a client request my services, I will then visit the property and make any +/- adjustments with customer. Once we agree on a quote I can start that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been painting my own and others properties for decades. My profession and degree is actually a BA in graphic design and illustration. I bring the same attention to detail to any job I do, as if I were doing a portrait of one of my loved ones or yours.
