- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We provide free estimates and offer discounts for larger projects or recurring services. There are no hidden fees, but certain projects may have additional costs for specialized materials or last-minute changes. We evaluate the possibility of beating or matching the prices of any competitor, as long as the competitor provides the same or higher quality comparable with us. We always discuss these with the client beforehand to ensure full clarity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our customers face to face to listen to their needs, we consider this important. We start with an initial consultation, either in person or virtually, to discuss your project and understand your needs. After assessing the scope, we provide a detailed quote. Once approved, we schedule the work at your convenience, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. We prioritize customer satisfaction ALWAYS, with follow-up checks after the job to ensure you’re happy with the results.
