They did an amazing job! They contacted me pretty quickly about my request, came out and gave us a quote to remodel some rooms in my grandmothers house the next day. Pricing was very fair and after he explained how he could complete the project (repair drywall, install new drywall, install flooring and baseboards, paint, tear out of ceiling and replace, remove/replace ceiling fans) we hired him immediately as we were on a time crunch to get it done. Awesome communication every step of the way. Took extra steps to ensure that the part of the house they were working in stayed isolated from the rest, as my grandmother has a lung condition and construction dust would have definitely aggravated it. He also went out of his way to help us disassemble an old bed frame that was stuck together when my grandmothers new bed got delivered. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Definitely going to hire him again for more projects as my grandmother decided on things she wants done on the property. Awesome human being, even better contractor!

Very talented at painting and tile work. He did our guest bathroom shower - installing all the tile and shower door. We had him come back once complete to paint a large room in our house. He pays attention to detail and applies paint and caulk really well. He is very willing to fix anything that concerns you with his job. We have an old 1979 stained cedar wall and beams and he protected them very well while painting. He uses great products and recommends products for future use. He is very responsive and respective and you can trust him in your home! Our home remodel is going well thanks to Saymol Remodeling! Definitely give him a call!

I would like to add all five items as Josue was Professional, the quality was great, the value was fantastic, his responsiveness and punctuality were amazing. Josue painted a few walls for us to prep for a faux painting wall and left the job just as we needed it. He even came out in the middle of a tropical storm, finished with the work BEFORE the anticipated finish time and the quality was still fantastic.
