Javier and his crew went beyond our expectations. They pressure washed our roof and made it look brand new. They repaired badly damaged stucco, painted our house, our patio, and our garage door for a reasonable price and within a minimal amount of time. The results were amazing. I feel as though I’m living in a new home. Absolutely recommend!!!

This contractor was good, Javier came not a the time originally agreed upon but he advised the client before me has him wait and arrived later so it was OK I just met him later. He came and was very nice he brought an assistant with him I wasn't expecting but the assistant was nice as well. They got to work right away and did a good job on caulking, painting, repairing drywall,texturing, and making a small box to hide duct work. I had to take a star off because at the end when I calculated how much I owed according to the time they worked exactly, Javier added 200 dollars onto the final amount and said it was for doing the "shower" which was advised ahead of time (removal and reapplication of caulk). I paid the extra but was very disappointed being as though he asked to stay a bit extra that day to see if he could repair an electrical outlet to which they broke of some drywall to see if there was a wire missing. I was actually happy they were gonna stay and try to repair it so I had pizza and drinks delivered for them. They ended up not knowing how to fix it. I got an electrician who fixed it in 20mins and didn't touch drywall nor the area they broke up the drywall to find the issue. He simply went to the other outlet and took it oof and replaced 2 wires. So these guys aren't good at electrical as they claimed. So there it is.

Hello Cindy, thanks for your review, but to clarify, there are jobs that are not done by the hour, for example, a refinished bathtub cannot be paid by the hour, it is a fee job of around $500, you can ask the price in many places, everything we did in your apartment it is not a job to be valued by hours worked since they are not in accordance with the price of each thing that was done, that is why I told you $200 more than the amount you wanted to pay me per hour because we work very quickly, if I had charged for hours it took me two days doing all your work and it is not the intention, I appreciate your review and the treatment you gave us, we are always available for any job you need

Javier is very responsive and punctual. Javier and Freddie did a Quality work and made an amazing job at very reasonable price. If you try them, you will not regret it and you'll be very happy in the quality of their work. The only way to find out is to try their services. Now, I found an honest, trusted and reasonable handymen that I will be using regularly.

These guys were awesome. They came in to do a simple shed wichin all reality took approximately eight hours but it wasn’t Cuz. It was difficult it just had a lot of screws. They quoted me a phenomenal and fair price for a job unlike these 80 and $60 per hour people that come and take 18 hours to do an eight hour job. I am greatly pleased with them. They are polite, courteous, and get the job done I recommend them to anyone who has small jobs like putting a shed together or something major like remodeling a bathroom.

Javier and his assistant were awesome! Javier was so quick to respond to all my messages before I had actually hired him and also afterwards.
I had a small bathroom remodel and the work was so nice and looks so great 😀 I had my bathtub and surround tile reglazed and fixtures replaced and it came out like a new bathtub! They replaced the toilet, vanity, lighting, mirror and flooring. And all for a very affordable price!
I really like Javier and will hire him again for some additional projects that I need done at the house🙂
