- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Remodeling and big projects begins with an initial consultation, either in person or virtually, where we discuss the client's project goals, timeline, and budget. When is about handyman needs, we'll promptly read/listen to your requirements, assess the scope of work, and provide a transparent estimate for the job. Once the proposal is approved, we schedule the work at a time convenient for the client and begin the project according to the agreed-upon timeline. Throughout the process, we maintain open communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of skilled professionals with a diverse range of education and training related to the remodeling and handyman industry. Many of our team members have completed vocational training programs, apprenticeships, or certification courses in specific trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and construction.
