FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the scope of the project I may or may not charge hourly. Fee is always discussed before the beginning of any project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Started in Europe and moved from the East Coast to the West, then from the West Coast through another route back the East Coast. This encompasses exactly the types of customers I worked with... This included smaller or bigger residential and smaller or bigger commercial jobs.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It was a kitchen demo-reno. I wanted to knock down an entire wall between a kitchen and a large dining room. During the demo we found a bunch of pipes running right in the middle of the wall. I had to abort the full falling wall idea. We took out one third of the wall, next to the pipes leaving the middles part untouched, and carved out space for a "window" in the third part. I designed a beautiful rustic window frame with vertical and horizontal wooden slats in it, making it a large window between kitchen and dining room and a practical cute shelving too.
