I visit the customer to understand their concerns. Then I assess the crawl space and take videos to show and discuss with the homeowner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the foundation repair world for over 18 years. I fully explain the mechanics of the “why/how this occurred” as well how my proposed repairs will provide a solution with longevity.
