Lilian and her husband did a good job cleaning. But they forgot to clean the baseboards and some cob webs in the lower level. Since it was a move-in deep clean I expected them to clean the washer and dryer as well, but they did not clean them.

Sorry for not meeting your expectations. You've seen the hard work you've done on your house and you might have the cleanup before we left you had time for that. Also in the comment you forgot to mention that my husband stopped cleaning work a few times to help his husband take furniture into the house and didn't pay. I'm mentioning this because if I could rate you. I would just mention that too.
