- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per job.That will depend on the house size and the customer requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new customer, I personally come to the customer's house to discuss about the cleaning.I give a list of the things included on the quote and respond to any questions he(she) may have as well as note any special requests.I don't charge extra for an initial cleaning, however,I always make sure to give a very detailed cleaning and leave the house ready for our regular maintenance cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was 18 when I started to work as a house cleaner.I worked for a couple years to another company and did some side jobs on the weekends.I gained a lot of experience and decided to open my own business.
