- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fully transparent. We send at least 3 professional cleaners. But, we could send up to 5. You are not charged extra if we send more than 3. We send extra help to cover every inch and corner of your home and immaculately clean it past your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked 5 years at a cleaning service running 3 franchises. My background includes an MBA and over 15 years in business management all the way up to the company officer level in NYC. I also built a previous business in the Windermere/Isleworth area that I successfully exited in 2017 with sales at the time being $2.5m.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have a "thing" for cleanliness. I discovered there are dozens of other people like me out there. Once, at a softball game, a bunch of us got together and somehow ended up talking about how difficult it is to find reliable, trustworthy cleaners. During the conversation, two people mentioned theft in their homes. It occurred to me that this would be an excellent business opportunity.
