- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to be fair with my pricing, I love to see what the customer wants and how I can meet there needs without their pockets. Return customers or referrals, gets discounts with me and business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to listen, hear and communicate to the customer. Most professionals (in my opinion) is only hear what the customer wants but sometimes the customer is looking for you share light on their dark situation, so they know they know they are making the right choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my wife both have numerous workshops and seminars training. But nothing beats time and experience in this industry.
