- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are flexible and can vary according to the type of service and the frequency of cleaning. I offer special discounts for clients who refer others and also for those who schedule recurring cleanings. For example, if you refer two new customers, the customer you referred gets a free cleaning. In addition, I also offer special conditions for clients who have a regular service schedule, such as weekly or fortnightly. All prices are transparent, and we discuss all the details before starting work to ensure that the client feels comfortable with the value and service offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client gets in touch, the first step is to understand their specific needs. I make a detailed assessment of what needs to be done, whether it's for residential, commercial or post-work cleaning, among others. Then we define the scope of the service, schedule the best time and, finally, I adjust the proposal according to the frequency and complexity of the service. Clear communication and transparency are essential to ensure that the client is satisfied with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have specific training in the area of professional cleaning and have taken part in specialized training in cleaning techniques, safety and the use of effective and environmentally friendly products. In addition, I always try to keep up to date with the best practices in the sector in order to offer the highest quality service possible. I believe that continuous learning is fundamental to maintaining excellence in what I do.
