- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Guardian Home Cleaning prices are based off our high quality of service. We don't hire Maids, we hire House Cleaning Technicians and that difference is reflected in our results. However, we do offer $100 off our first routine cleaning for new clients. We do belive in providing our clients with flexible payment options, with routine cleaning discounts offered to Veterans, First responders, Health Care Professionals, and Teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a Client reaches out, we will send you a form to input your information and schedule your cleaning as soon as the next day. Our team will show up at your chosen time and after your home has been restored and you approve the service with a home walk through,our payment invoice is sent automatically via e-mail and text. Routine cleans can then be scheduled on line up to 6 months in advance through our client portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members have all but put through professional training courses for cleaning each kind of surface with the best and most appropriate products. The courses have been procided by the manufacturer of each tool or product that we use , so you can be sure that our cleaners are experts in what they do.
