Have cleaners use their own equipment, not mine. My vacuum is now unusable because it was used on wet floors. I have not been able to use my vacuum for weeks. Now it is all wet inside and won't work. Cleaners should bring their own equipment. I recently opened a new roll of paper towels. They are all gone now. I contacted the owner about this, but have heard nothing. Not even about the amount due.

The experienced cleaner who has worked here for years did NOT use the client's vacuum in any wet areas. The client has 4 cats and hadn't cleaned in years. It took 12 labor hours! The cleaner did not want to potentially damage her own, new vacuum with all of the cat fur and hair balls. Client texted me at 6:45PM, I had set aside my work phone at 6PM, I replied to her text at 8:30AM, the very next morning. The owner, ME, Ginger, WAS responsive. Before this came up, she was discounted 50% off the fee because I felt compassion for her. No good deed . . . Although the client did go back in and gave 5 stars she was unable to alter the words in the review.

A deep cleaning was scheduled and I felt comfortable having the security of paying through the Thumbtack App to be covered under their guarantee.
