The experienced cleaner who has worked here for years did NOT use the client's vacuum in any wet areas. The client has 4 cats and hadn't cleaned in years. It took 12 labor hours! The cleaner did not want to potentially damage her own, new vacuum with all of the cat fur and hair balls. Client texted me at 6:45PM, I had set aside my work phone at 6PM, I replied to her text at 8:30AM, the very next morning. The owner, ME, Ginger, WAS responsive. Before this came up, she was discounted 50% off the fee because I felt compassion for her. No good deed . . . Although the client did go back in and gave 5 stars she was unable to alter the words in the review.

This client complained to me throughout the cleaning, and afterwards, about the quality of the cleaners' work saying that she'd not hire us again. The client decided how many hours she wanted the cleaner. The client stopped the cleaner at 3.5 hours, but because client was complaing the cleaner stayed an additional half an hour at no charge. THEN the client tried to hire the cleaner on the side, in the future, for her home and her friend's home without my involvement! The cleaner declined because it's dishonest and all cleaners sign a binding contract preventing them from providing cleaning services for anyone they've met through my service. This client spoke poorly about the cleaner to me, her boss, but then tried to hire her anyway on the side. Hmmm. Client told me to have a "blessed" day. Thankfully, the vast majority of our clients are fair and honest people who are a joy.
