- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend on each particular home (size, age, amenities such as pool). However the goal is to be reasonable and will work with each client in individual basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the quote for services is accepted by new customer the first thing we do is set a time and date to conduct the inspection. After we gather all information needed from the physical inspection we create a very detailed report with photos which we will send client via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I posses a bachelor degree. I have a state license which has to be renewed every 2 years with 14hrs of continuing education however we are year round taking refresher courses about industry to provide great service to customer. i am also member of OSCAR which is one of the Central Florida Realtor's associations which gives me the ability to posses access to MLS and held an electronic key to access home when authorized. I used to be a registered appraiser trainee for a while which gave me the opportunity to understand what appraisers are looking as key factors to the determine a value of the home and therefore advise customer and seller if any repairs have to be done prior to the valuation of the home.
