- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many will simply put a price on the back of their business card or give you a “ballpark” figure or estimate that will give a false sense of what your project really entails. Unfortunately, you won’t find out about any changes or add-ons until they start the project and you are stuck in a position that leaves you with little choice but to pay more than you agreed to. We will be giving you a down to the penny proposal, with detail that will enable you to feel confident your job will be done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a custom in-home consultation. We will arrive to your property in our mobile showroom which holds over 3000 flooring samples. All consultations are free and you are not obligated to buy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From product knowledge and installation to customer service – no part of our business goes untrained! In fact we have over 200 hours of training BEFORE we ever meet our first customer! Everything has changed – from manufacturing technology to carpet treatments, click and lock, float, nail, glue – installation processes – everything is different these days, which means we are always in training.
