WONDERFUL!! AJ and Ana Carolina were super professional. Arrived when expected, received quote quickly. Work scheduled when I wanted it done. Floor looks absolutely beautiful. AJ had many many cuts because there were three small closets and the bathroom, very tedious work. Beginning and end all quality cuts. Thank you so very much!!

Ace Flooring is by FAR the best service my family and I have ever received from a contractor. Carolina and AJ made sure everything in our house was perfect. They replaced flooring in our entire house, almost 3,000 sf, and their work was impeccable. Not only did they complete the job on time and in budget, but they coordinated with me while I was in another state and continued to follow up with me after we moved in to see if there was anything we needed them to come back and address. They also repairs and painted many rooms, hung light fixtures and hung our bathroom accessories. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to work with. A true blessing! We felt confident leaving our home in their hands. We will 💯 be calling on them again!

I had a seamless experience with Ace. They were at my house the next day to do an estimate and were ready to work within a week. (I already had the supplies ordered). They knocked my project out within a day and did a beautiful job. Could not recommend them more. End to end from contact to completion was only a little over a week or so due to me having to travel for work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Free On-Site Estimates (Final Bids) or FREE virtual ROUGH Estimates. 2- Client approves estimate by signing it and sending back to us. Or replying APPROVED (by email) 3- 50% Down Payment collected when project starts (1st Day). 4- Client inspection and final walkthrough with the installer. 5- 50% (Remaining Balance) Payment collected upon job completion.
