Re: Disappointing Experience - Unfulfilled Agreement and Lack of Communication
I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with Jose owner of Vanguard States. After agreeing to a service contract for a window replacement and making a deposit of half the amount, I was left with limited to eventually no communication from Jose. Despite multiple attempts to reach them by phone and email, I received no response or updates on the status of the work. I had to call from a different number for him to answer. He was to place a board to secure the broken window and never showed up.
It’s been clear that this company has failed to meet the terms of our agreement, and I am frustrated with the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customer commitments. I feel that I have been completely disregarded as a client.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company, as my experience shows a failure to honor agreements and poor customer service. If the Vanguard States is willing to address this issue, I would appreciate a full refund of my deposit.
Overall, this has been a highly unsatisfactory experience, and I feel compelled to share it with others to prevent similar situations.
