FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing fair and honest. I don’t believe in surprise fees—what I quote is what you can expect. Every job is different, so I usually like to see the project before giving a final price. I offer discounts for larger projects or repeat customers, and I’m always happy to work with people to find a solution that fits their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick phone call or text to understand what you need. From there, I’ll usually come out and take a look in person to give a proper estimate. Once we agree on the scope and price, I schedule the work, show up on time, and keep you updated every step of the way. My goal is to make things simple and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of what I’ve learned has come from hands-on experience over the years. I’ve worked alongside contractors, plumbers, electricians, and flooring pros—learning the right way to do things. I also stay up to date with local building codes and safety practices. I believe in doing the job right the first time.
