- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: We typically receive an inquiry from a potential customer via phone, email, or online contact form. We may ask for details about the project, such as the type of work needed, the size of the project, and the desired timeline. Assessment: Once we gather enough information about the project, we will schedule an appointment to assess the work that needs to be done. During this visit, the handyman will evaluate the project and determine what materials and tools will be required to complete the job. Proposal: After the assessment, the handyman company will prepare a proposal outlining the scope of work, the timeline, and the estimated cost of the project. They may also provide recommendations for materials or design options based on the customer's preferences and budget.
