- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 2 ways of pricing our services and it’s always up to our client to choose, in the beginning of the project, which option looks better for them. 1. Option one: Hourly rate: We charge $80 per hour with 2 hours minimum per person. If the materials need to be purchased we charge $30 delivery fee on small items, $50 on large , and $100 on extra large. (Keep in mind, we only charge you hourly for actual Labor, and not for the time we spend at the store.) If trash needs to be hailed away the price will vary $100-$250, depending on the size of the load. 1. Option two: Fix rate: this is an all-inclusive flat price that we give to clients for the project. Flat price is determined in the beginning of the project and includes store fees , if applicable, extra workers, if applicable, and trash hauling (unless stated otherwise). When we establish our flat price we try to base it on the maximum amount of hours, people and store trips that we anticipate the project to take. Please note neither of these options include materials! Our quotes are labour only! (Unless otherwise agreed). All materials purchased and used during the project are subject to reimbursement with receipts provided. (We do not make money on materials!!!) We require 35% deposit on all projects that are longer then 1 day (8h). Final payments for Labor and materials are made upon completion! (Unless otherwise agreed) We give You a 2 year workmanship warranty on all our projects. And 5 year leak protection warranty on bathroom remodels!!
