I quote by the job....I also let the customer know if there is a discount on some materials.

Meeting with the customer,discuss the planning of the project and materials so they feel confident the project gets done to their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
general hands on training... learned by doing a little bit of everything.
