Mikhail was so efficient! He contacted me promptly after reaching out and was swift with the list of projects we hired him for when he arrived. But what impressed me most is the project he didn’t do: I had wanted him to cut into my quartz countertop but when he looked at it after arriving, he informed me of the risks of it cracking the entire slab in that location; he advised me in my best interest vs just taking it on and I really appreciate that honestly and professionalism.

Reached out for a quote to fix my water-damaged windowsill and Mike got back to me right away. He arrived on time to our appointment and, after seeing the job, gave me an option to make a simpler, more temporary repair at a price that was better for my budget. He was able to complete that repair in just a couple hrs when I initially expected it would take a half-to-full day of work.
