The gentleman who worked on my project was not only extremely pleasant but also a hard worker, dedicated to his craft. He was a patient listener and showed great dedication to meeting my needs. Despite a language barrier, communication was smooth, thanks in part to his daughter who assisted throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with such a friendly and efficient family-run business. I am truly happy with the outcome of the work and look forward to conducting future projects with them. I rather to work by quote than hour, because I prefer to do an outstanding job whatever it takes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the customer, ask them for pictures or make a visit if necessary to have a better understanding of the project, calculate the material and give a quote with a time estimate to finish the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always being curious about how things work and how can you fix them. I am always learning and training in different fields as much as I can.
