Overall our hair looked great, and was completed on time. The hair held throughout the night and my bridesmaids enjoyed their hair. One bridesmaid did say she seemed to rush doing her hair. She booked multiple appointments in one day and arrived almost an hour late. I understand traffic happens in Orlando but when you book someone 7 months ahead of your wedding date, you expect punctuality. This put me in a stressful situation, I was already paying a lot of money for.

TO EVERYONE WHO READS THIS REVIEW: This client was extremely difficult to work with. I felt as if her friends honestly did not like me from the moment I walked in. The bride, bridesmaids, and everyone else who saw their hair said it looked gorgeous. I try EXTREMELY HARD to please everyone and make everyone happy but unfortunately I am only human and fail sometimes. What is also unfortunate is that even though this client states that her hair looked great and was done on time which I reassured her it was going to be despite being late, she still had to leave a negative review. Some people will try very hard to bring others down. What she also doesn’t understand is how hard I truly work at this to please everyone, I offered her money back to change the review and to make things right. I sent her multiple texts saying that I would refund her the money but she just left me on read. I am completely heartbroken over this review because my reviews and clients are everything to me. Again to my future clients who are debating on booking with me
