- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After measuring the area we will send you the estimate with the best price via email. Each price is different, it all depends on the needs of each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate through the app or by text message and calls. We organize a meeting to measure the house, that's why we always ask for the address and email. Then we send the estimate and if it is approved we schedule a start date. for this we ask for 50% in advance for the purchase of materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Civil Engineer and my partner is an Architect, we own other companies in the construction area and have years of experience.
