Couldn't ask for quicker or better service... I had purchased furniture from ikea, and tried to book through their third party booking site somewhere between 3 and 5 different times... Each time I was canceled on with little to no notice after rearranging my schedule. Instead, I gave up and booked with him. Within less than 24 hours the furniture that I had been agonizing over getting put together was directly where I wanted it and put together in a quick and timely manner. He was prompt, polite, and friendly.
